GMO, the savory benchmark

Every market has one strain that defines the savory end of the spectrum, and in Illinois as everywhere else it is GMO, the garlic-forward classic widely documented as a Chemdog x GSC cross. On our Waukegan menu it belongs to Aeriz, in both flower and solventless forms.

Who grows it, and as what

Aeriz grows the flower (3.5g prepacks at 34.7% THC) and presses a live rosin badder from it (86.2%); High Wired also runs it as infused pre-roll clips at 60.5%. Flower and rosin from the same grower is the pairing to notice: you can taste the same cultivation two ways.

What the current panels show

The Aeriz flower tests 34.7% THC, the strongest single flower panel on our current menu, with 24.8 mg/g total terpenes behind a myrcene-caryophyllene lead, grading indica-hybrid. The live rosin badder concentrates that identity to 86.2% THC with 31.6 mg/g of terpenes, caryophyllene and humulene in front, grading indica. Solventless extraction preserves the plant's own profile, which is why the rosin's stack mirrors the flower's.

Reading the profile

Caryophyllene plus humulene is the savory signature, the reason GMO smells like garlic and spice rather than fruit. If you want to understand what solventless means in practice, compare this rosin's panel to any distillate cart: one carries the plant's whole profile, the other rebuilds flavor afterward. The rosin guide covers the difference properly.
